1. Acceptance

By placing an order or submitting a quote request on stabilride.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services

Our store offers (a) physical products — smart stabilizer kits; (b) design services — custom safety system development; (c) training services — installation training and technical support.

3. Pricing

All prices are in USD. Prices exclude shipping, customs duties and taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to update prices without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• Physical products: payable at checkout (PayPal / card / Airwallex)
• Design services: 50% deposit to start development; 50% before shipment (confirmed via video)
• Training services: full payment before service begins

5. Custom Design Projects (Intellectual Property)

• The final design deliverables are licensed to the client for their intended vehicle application
• StabilRide retains ownership of underlying patents, core technology and standard components
• Client-supplied designs remain the property of the client

6. Warranty

• Physical products: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery
• Warranty covers replacement of defective parts; shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the defect is confirmed as our responsibility

7. Limitation of Liability

StabilRide is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or at the competent court of Shanghai.
